Return and refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal, and we at sewalah.my make every effort to ensure highest quality of goods and services to all our customers.

If you are not completely satisfied with your rental purchase i.e. rented tools or equipment, please notify us immediately upon receiving or simply return the merchandise to our store within 3 working days. We, in our discretion, will repair it, replace it, or, based on your method of payment with a valid receipt, refund to you.

And, if you wish to return any of the purchased consumables, please ensure that the returned goods or products in good condition & order, with its original attachments and valid receipt. Packaging or labelling shall also be in original state as per original shipping container received. If the goods or products has been used, tampered or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. We will not be responsible for any loss of shipment of goods or products during the return transit. Once we have inspected, checked and certified the returned goods or products, customers will receive their refund within 3 to 5 working days.
